Stephen Hoo born and raised in London studied Theatre at The Brit Performing Arts and Technology School. He then went on to study Modern and Classical Chinese at The School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London), where he also studied Film & Theatre of China, Taiwan and the Diaspora.
